Dr. Claire Thornton is originally from Georgia, completing her doctorate in dental medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. She furthered her dental education at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN in their General Practice Residency program, gaining one year of advanced training in general dentistry, forensic dentistry, and treating medically compromised patients in a private practice and hospital setting.
After completing her residency, she started her own dental practice in her Georgia hometown, and loved having the opportunity to live and practice there for 5 years.
